Hi, welcome to our website. By accessing, browsing or purchasing from Karratha Kite School you are signify acceptance of the following terms & conditions.

Returns & Exchange Policy

For peace of mind, products purchased from Karratha Kite School can be returned or exchanged (at the buyers expense) for a store credit to be used against a future purchase. Goods must be returned in new condition, unopened in original packaging and within 14 days of purchase. Store credits are valid and must be used within 12 months

If a product is inadvertently advertised for an incorrect price, we reserve the right not to supply it at that price. We will advise you of the correct price before completing the order.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

All warranty claims are subject to our supplier’s conditions. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, alterations or lack of maintenance. Warranty will only apply to new items. Customers will need to supply proof of purchase of the item and be able to prove it is a manufacture fault.

Lessons & Cancellation  Policy

 Lesson packages need to be paid in full at the time of booking. Once paid for, lessons and are not refundable. Lessons are transferable to another person however not transferable to a store credit. Lessons must be completed within 12 months of payment. After that time, any unused time and monies are forfeited.

The 2 windy seasons that we have in Karratha are Sept – Jan (predominantly afternoon winds and May-Aug (predominantly morning winds). We do our best to give our students lessons as soon as possible however this depends on the number of students waiting for lessons, the availability of our instructors and the weather conditions.

If you cancel your lesson:

If you will not be able to attend a lesson you must cancel or reschedule 48hours prior to the booked start time so we are able to fill your spot. If you do not provide that notice, or do not turn up for a lesson, the time will be deducted from your lesson package.

If we cancel your lesson:

We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible if we have to cancel your lesson, however the weather forecast is not always accurate and it does tend to change at the last minute.

Where a lesson is cancelled by Karratha Kite School, we will do our best to re-schedule your lesson for the next available time that the conditions are good. If your lesson is shortened by Karratha Kite School due to unfavourable weather conditions we will re-schedule that portion of the lesson.

There will be no fees incurred or loss of lesson time if Karratha Kite school reschedules your lesson time.

Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping through purchases on our website. Local pick up only. If you would like to organise shipping please contact us to arrange.

You agree we may hold your details for the purpose of completing the order or contact you regarding dealings with us.

Liability

Karratha Kite School shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Kitesurfing can be dangerous. Exercise care and use of appropriate helmets and safety equipment is recommended.  If you are not competent in the use of a product ordered, please obtain professional instruction- contact us and we will help you!

It is a pre-condition that in order to continue to use this website you agree and accept that Karrathakite.com is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of this website.
